The tension that exists between quietude and clamour within us, is reflected in the delicious tension of spices in this Organic Masala Chai from Assam. This tea is a blend of orthodox Assam leaf with BO PSM grade (CTC) tea and organic spices that includes ginger, cardamom, bay leaf and clove. Dark, strong and with hints of spicy, sour, sweet, the tea is as complex as it is beautiful.

DRY LEAVES
Earthy fragrances with myriad spices of ginger, cardamom, bay leaf and clove jostle with each other from long hand rolled evenly mixed leaves. Silver and light brown leaves are interspersed.

BREWING PROCESS
• Take 180 ml of cold filtered water
• Heat it up to a temperature of 90-95 degree
• Pour 1.5 tsp or 2.5g of tea leaves in warm water
• Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes
