Handrolled leaves, full bodied, full of sweetness and with mellow clonal notes, the Organic Assam Chai from Upper Assam is a blend of TG FOP (Orthodox Leaf Team with BOP and BO PSM grade (CTC) tea. It brings to mind robust summers with hints of chocolate and a character that is complex yet mild.

DRY LEAVES
Well rolled, evenly distributed leaves with golden tips and black leaves are well graded. Leaves are large and unique.

BREWING PROCESS
• Take 180 ml of cold filtered water
• Heat it up to a temperature of 90-95 degree
• Pour 1.5 tsp or 2.5g of tea leaves in warm water
• Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes
