Arunika Fresco currently ships to India and United States and all our products are shipped from our retail centre in Arunachal Pradesh, India. All our products are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving the order from the customer. In case of unforeseen delays due to unseen circumstances, you will be informed by email about the tentative date of dispatch. Orders placed on Sunday and general holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

International Shipping

Arunika Fresco provides free worldwide shipping on all orders above $50 and a flat shipping rate of $10 on orders of $50 and below.

All our international orders are shipped through Fedex or DHL. Please expect a standard delivery time of 1-2 weeks for international shipping depending on the country’s custom clearances.

Additional fees or delays imposed by a specific country’s customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please let us know and we will investigate or re-send if necessary.
• If a parcel is held by customs and not allowed to enter your country, we will not be held responsible. In such situations we shall refund you the amount you paid minus shipping. Please be familiar with the customs requirements of your home country so that we can avoid unnecessary and costly problems and delays.

If your address has an unsecured mailbox, please use the provided tracking number to track the date of delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are stolen or lost due to being delivered to an unsecured residence/location.

We shall take care of all the formalities or additional fees which need to be paid at Indian Customs.
