Every purchase made from the Arunika Fresco website is followed by order confirmation and dispatch to your stated address.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to contact@arunikafresco.com with your order details and we will cancel it for you promptly. Kindly note that order cancellations are not accepted once the teas have been dispatched from our retail centre. Once the tea has been dispatched from our retail center, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.

The request for cancellation of the order should be made within 1 hour from the time of placing the order or time mentioned in the sales order, which is earlier. Once the order is placed and not canceled within the time frame as mentioned, the product cannot be returned.

In case of return and cancellation of your order, the amount paid – if any – will be refunded to your card within 14 working days. However, if there is a lapse at our end, where you are unhappy with the tea received or have received a wrong product, contact us immediately and we will fix it at the earliest. We will be happy to make sure your order is corrected or returned, based on your individual case, and your amount is refunded.
