Do I have to create an account to purchase from the site?

You can purchase from the site by directly buying individual products without creating your own account, or by accessing your ‘My Account’ page where you can track your past orders. Your account will have all details about previous orders and purchases.


How can I check the status of my order ?

On logging into the site, you will be able to view your entire order history on your ‘My Account’ page. Your order history will show you the current status of your orders, past purchases and other relevant information.


Status Messages:

Complete – Your order has been fulfilled, is shipped and on its way to your location.
Pending – Your order is under processing. It will be shipped out shortly.


How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once we fulfill your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will have details such as the tracking number, product timelines and URL of the courier company through which the shipment was sent.

Please note, that your order will normally take 1-2 working days for processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Arunika Fresco ships products to different countries across the world. Please read our Shipping Policy for more details.

How long does it take to receive the products after placement of the order ?

Arunika Fresco fulfils all orders within a span of 48 working hours upon receipt, except on weekends and holidays where the orders are processed on the immediate next working day. Once the order is fulfilled, it is handed over to the designated courier company for them to deliver it to the address provided by you.

The shipment normally takes 3-4 days to reach you if you are a resident of a metro city. For smaller cities, it can take anywhere between 5 to 8 days depending on your location.

What if I don’t like the product I get or want to return it?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it if you don’t wish to go ahead with it. In case you’re received the product and find it damaged or not something you asked for, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for the returns have to be borne by you.

How do I reach out to you for any queries or clarifications?
